Our client is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a new housing development in Clonmel, Tipperary. There is 2-3 years of work at this site alone and a chance to join a highly regarded housing developer with a strong pipeline of work. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all site activities, ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations
- Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel
- Monitor project progress, quality, and cost control
- Coordinate with the Contracts Manager and project stakeholders
- Ensure adherence to project plans and timelines
- Solve any on-site issues efficiently to keep the project moving
Key Requirements:
- 5+ years experience in construction site management (housing experience preferred)
- Proven track record of delivering residential developments
- Strong knowledge of health & safety regulations
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively
