A leading developer is delivering a housing and apartment scheme in North Dublin and is seeking a Senior Site Engineer to join their site team. This is a high-quality, well-managed project with a clear programme and strong support structure.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee technical delivery and quality across all site works.
- Setting out and surveying using Total Station and GPS equipment.
- Conduct inspections, maintain accurate as-built records, and review drawings and method statements.
- Coordinate with Site Manager, subcontractors, and design team to resolve technical queries.
- Ensure health & safety standards are fully implemented.
Requirements
- Degree Civil/Construction Engineering or related discipline.
- 5 + years’ experience on residential/apartment projects.
- Strong setting-out skills and knowledge of Irish construction standards.
- Confident on-site with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
