Key Responsibilities
- Preparing and managing project budgets, cost estimates, and cost plans.
- Managing and negotiating contracts with contractors and suppliers.
- Liaising with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Evaluating and approving payments to contractors and suppliers.
Key Skills Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 10 years’ experience in quantity surveying, with at least 5 years in a senior role.
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts and procurement processes.
