Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project programmes, resources, and key deliverables.
- Coordinate with design teams, contractors, and stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
- Monitor progress, costs, and performance, implementing corrective actions as required.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory, safety, and quality standards.
- Control budgets and provide accurate financial and progress reporting.
- Identify and manage project risks and issues.
- Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
- Reporting directly to the Contracts Manager.
Key Skills Required
- Degree in Construction Management or a related discipline is desirable
- 5+ years’ experience managing residential construction projects, including apartments and duplexes.
- Demonstrated success delivering complex projects to programme and budget.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulatory requirements.
- Proven leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments.
- Competent in project management systems and digital tools.
- Strong problem-solving ability with a high level of attention to detail.
