We are partnered with a high-growth, well-capitalised Irish mortgage lender with a strong national footprint and an expanding Dublin operation.
The Role
As a Senior Mortgage Advisor, you will act as a trusted lending specialist, working with both direct applicants and introducer channels to structure, package, and progress mortgage applications through credit approval and drawdown.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a pipeline of high-value and complex mortgage applications from initial enquiry through to loan drawdown
- Conduct detailed fact finds and affordability assessments to determine credit suitability and product fit
- Structure cases in line with lender credit policy, risk appetite, and funding criteria
- Package and submit applications to credit and underwriting teams, addressing queries and mitigating risks
Requirements
- Strong, demonstrable experience in mortgage advisory, credit, or lending-side mortgage processing
- In-depth knowledge of Irish mortgage products, underwriting criteria, and lender policies
- Strong commercial judgement, attention to detail, and case ownership
- Ability to manage high volumes without sacrificing quality or compliance
Qualifications
- APA or QFA (Loans) essential
- Minimum 3-5+ years’ experience in a mortgage advisory, lender, or brokerage environment
