This role will focus on the design and development of electro-mechanical medical devices, supporting projects from early-stage concept through to commercial launch within a growing global R&D environment.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of electronic assemblies and printed circuit board assemblies for electro-mechanical medical devices.
Collaborate cross-functionally with mechanical, software, systems, and quality engineering teams to support project schedules and budgets.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and safety standards throughout the design lifecycle.
Design and conduct testing for EMI, safety, and manufacturability requirements.
Perform root cause analysis and document findings related to system or component failures.
Develop detailed design specifications, verification protocols, and technical reports.
Participate in and contribute to technical design reviews to ensure electrical integrity and product safety.
Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineering team members.
Key Skills Required
Bachelor’s degree (Level 8) in Electronic Engineering or related discipline, or equivalent industry experience.
4+ years’ experience in a similar electrical engineering role, ideally within a regulated medical device environment.
Strong expertise in analog, digital, and mixed-signal circuit design.
Experience with EMC testing, product design documentation, and regulatory compliance standards is advantageous.
Proven ability to work effectively within cross-functional product development teams.
