The Company
Our client is an award winning Property Developer.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Corporate Development Manager in managing the relationship across all tenures (state partnerships, social, affordable, & private rental) in agreement, management, sales and contracting of unit delivery.
- Representing the organisation with these partners in day-to-day engagement.
- Manage end-to-end Part V process, ensuring that best value is achieved through management of internal and external stakeholders.
- Clearly communicate sales progress and delivery timelines to Corporate Development Manager.
- Lead sales through contract process, liaising with clients, external solicitors, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely close out of key milestones.
Key Skills Required
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a BD Manager or a similar role within the construction or property industry.
- In-depth knowledge of residential building practices, standards, and certifications.
