Our client, Ireland’s leading residential developer, is seeking an experienced Building Services Engineer to join their team in Shankill. In this role, you will support the management of the Mechanical and Electrical services design and installation on high-density residential projects.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and monitor the quality of M&E system installations on residential projects, from initial planning to final commissioning and handover.
• Assist site construction management teams by leading M&E system coordination and providing support for on-site problem-solving as needed.
• Collaborate with project design teams to ensure seamless integration of M&E systems with architectural and structural elements.
• Supervise M&E subcontractors on-site, ensuring project timelines and quality standards are met.

  
Key skills required:

• Relevant qualification in Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services.
• 4+ years post qualification experience in a similar role.
• Full clean drivers license.
