They are looking for an experienced Sales Support Administrator to join their Country Homes team.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage diaries, action lists, and schedules for residential negotiators.
  • Draft PSRA agreements, solicitors’ letters, and other sales documents.
  • Coordinate viewings, meetings, and property inspections.
  • Support sales agents by preparing documents and gathering property information.
  • Assist in creating and distributing marketing materials.
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies (including AML & PSRA).
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Accounts, and Compliance teams.
  • Organise and prepare for team meetings, including agendas and minutes.
  • Update property platforms (RPS, Daft, MyHome) and maintain property lists.
  • Confirm appointments and inspections with negotiators and vendors.
  
Key skills required:
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role within the property industry (property administrator, sales support, lettings administrator).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
