Background Our client, a well known residential developer, is growing their sales team and looking for a Sales Operations Executive to support across multiple developments. This is a hands on role where you’ll work closely with the Head of Sales and the wider team to keep things running smoothly day to day. You’ll help coordinate the sales process, manage admin, and pull together clear, engaging sales materials and presentations.

Responsibilities
Support the Head of Sales with forecasting, planning, and reporting
Keep CRM (Microsoft Dynamics) up to date with accurate sales information
Prepare regular sales reports, including pipeline and performance updates
Help manage the sales process from deposit through to closing
Work closely with the sales team to keep everything on track
Create and update sales materials and presentations for launches and campaigns
Make sure all content is accurate and aligned with current pricing and specs
Support sales events and launches when needed
Work with design, technical, and construction teams to stay aligned on project updates
Attend meetings, site visits, and launches to support the team
Assist with general admin, including financial documentation
Key skills required
3+ years experience in residential property sales, sales operations, or a similar support role within the Irish property or construction sectors.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM
