Our client is a multinational firm based in Dublin that specialises in lettings, property management, portfolio management, & social housing. They are looking for an experienced residential property manager to join their lettings department.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain positive tenant relationships and ensure properties are properly maintained.
• Respond promptly to enquiries and address any complaints.
• Supervise property maintenance and arrange necessary repairs.
• Perform property inspections and ensure adherence to local regulations.

  
Key skills required:

• PSRA license.
• 3+ years of experience in residential property management.
• Full clean drivers license & vehicle.
