Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and onboard commercial and agricultural customers
- Build and manage a strong regional pipeline to consistently meet targets.
- Promote a portfolio of finance products, including commercial lending, asset finance, agricultural machinery funding, and stocking facilities.
- Establish and grow strategic relationships with machinery dealers, agricultural suppliers, finance brokers, and regional industry partners.
Key Skills Required
- 3-5+ years’ experience in commercial finance, agri finance, asset finance, or equipment leasing sales.
- Established industry network across agricultural and commercial markets, including dealers, suppliers and SMEs.
- Proven ability to analyse financial information and structure finance solutions.
