Property Inspector
- Dublin 2 based offices.
- Must have a full clean drivers license & car to apply.
- Ideal role for an experienced property administrator to wants to transition to a more hands-on role but doesn’t hold the PSRA license.
- No PSRA license required.
Background
This role plays an important part in maintaining the high standards across the our clients residential portfolio. The Property Inspector will carry out regular inspections of rental properties, identify any issues that need attention, and ensure tenants are complying with the terms of their lease agreements.

Responsibilities
- Organise inspection times with Property Managers and tenants.
- Carry out property inspections in person.
- Check that properties meet required standards and fire safety rules.
- Spot and report maintenance issues, damage, or lease breaches.
- Take photos to document property condition.
- Complete clear reports for Property Managers.
- Follow company procedures and update internal systems.
Key skills required
- 1+ years of experience in an administrative role within the property / real estate sector in Ireland.
- Full clean drivers license & car.
