Background
Our client is a well known residential developer with over 50 years’ experience in the property market. They’re now looking for an Administrator to join their team and support the Sales & Lettings department. This is a great opportunity for someone who’s currently working in an agency and would like to move into an in-house role with a respected developer.
Package details
- Base salary up to €40,000

Responsibilities
- Managing the main inbox and responding to student queries
- Preparing letting agreements using Cylix and DocuSign
- Recording rent, income and expenditure
- Organising room inspections and tracking follow-ups
- Logging maintenance issues and keeping students informed
- Issuing rent reminders and preparing RTB registrations
- Uploading and managing site documents (BCMS certs, snag lists, inspection forms) on Zutec
- Preparing and issuing Home Buyer Guides
- Assisting with HomeBond registrations and related paperwork
- Logging maintenance issues across sites and tracking progress
- Keeping records up to date for subcontractor insurance and staff training
Key skills required
- 1+ years of experience in an administrative role within the property of construction sectors in Ireland.
