Key Responsibilities
- Managing sub-contractors and suppliers, including payments and variations.
- Assessing and pricing project variations and changes.
- Preparing interim and final valuations for works completed.
Key Skills Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in quantity surveying, with experience in building projects preferred.
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts and procurement processes.
