Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of engineers, supervisors, and contractors to ensure the successful delivery of construction projects.
Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress against these plans.
Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with the project specifications, quality standards, and Health and Safety policies and procedures.
Liaise with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure that their requirements are met and that they are kept informed of project progress.
Key Skills Required
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
Strong project management skills, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
