Role: Project Manager – Fitout Specialist
Location: Midlands / Offaly Onsite
Salary: €70k + Bonus + Vehicle

Our client is seeking a Bespoke Joinery Project Manager to join their experienced, growing team. As a specialist in fitted furniture manufacturing, they deliver high-quality bespoke joinery solutions for commercial projects across Ireland. Their portfolio includes office fitouts, hotels, bars, schools, primary care centres, and exclusive residential developments.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 

• Oversee bespoke joinery projects from initial planning to final installation.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, designers, and contractors to ensure project success.
• Manage production schedules, budgets, and resources, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Supervise onsite installations, maintaining high quality standards and compliance with industry regulations.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any project challenges.

 
Key Requirements:
 

• Proven experience in project management within the bespoke joinery, fit-out, or furniture manufacturing industry.
• Minimum 3-5 years bespoke Joinery/Fitout experience
• 3rd Level Project Management qualification or similar experience
• Strong knowledge of joinery production, materials, and installation techniques.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Familiarity with health & safety regulations and construction compliance standards.
