Background
The role is with a leading Irish Developer delivering high-quality residential schemes across Ireland. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Project Manager to take full ownership of a low-rise residential development in North Wicklow. This is a senior operational role where you will have the opportunity to:
- Lead coordination between design, pre-construction, and site delivery teams
- Drive programme, quality, and safety standards across the project
- Ensure the project is delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest construction standards

Responsibilities
- Lead the full delivery of the low-rise residential development from construction start to handover
- Work closely with design and pre-construction teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Manage site teams, subcontractors, and programme, ensuring deadlines and milestones are achieved
- Monitor progress, budgets, and quality, ensuring compliance with company and statutory standards
- Ensure health, safety, and quality standards are met across all aspects of the project
- Provide buildability and programme input to design and pre-construction phases
- Oversee procurement and resourcing to maintain programme certainty
Key Skills Required
- Proven experience as a Project Manager on residential construction projects
- Experience delivering housing developments or low-rise residential schemes
- Strong knowledge of design & build project delivery
- Ability to lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams effectively
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and subcontractors
- Strong commercial awareness, budget management, and programme control
