Key Responsibilities
- This is a broad role that includes managing and analysing budgets on a variety of large projects.
- Cost reporting and cost analysis.
- Preparting reports for clients and funders.
- Preparing monthly management accounts; and financial statements for year end reporting.
Key Skills Required
- Qualified/part-qualifed accountant with a minimum of 3 years’ experience.
- Construction/Real estate experience advantageous but not essential.
