The Role
 
We are now looking to hire an experienced Principal Recruitment Consultant for our Accountancy & Finance desk.
 
Key Responsibilities
 

• Oversee full 360 cycle recruiting process.
• Grow the Accounting & Finance desk and mentor junior team members.
• Work with our clients to understand their hiring needs and goals.
• Screen resumes and interview qualified candidates.
• Coordinate interview and hiring discussions with interviewers and hiring managers.

 
Ideal Candidate
 

• Proven recruitment experience within the Accountancy recruitment market in Dublin.
• Ambitious recruiter with the ability to work as part of a team.
• Strong networking and relationship management skills.
