- Oversee and manage a dedicated portfolio of mortgage accounts in arrears using our specialized mortgage platform.
- Negotiate and establish repayment arrangements with borrowers within established guidelines.
- Provide senior management with strategic recommendations and options for managing your portfolio.
Key Skills Required
- Demonstrated success in credit management.
- Proven ability to meet individual and team performance targets.
- APA qualification in loans is preferred.
- Experience in collections and recoveries within a team is advantageous.
