Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full mortgage advisory process from initial consultation through to drawdown.
- Meet clients in person and virtually to assess mortgage needs, affordability, and financial circumstances.
- Provide expert, tailored advice across a broad range of mortgage products, including complex and non-standard cases.
- Review income, credit profiles, and supporting documentation to make sound, compliant recommendations.
- Liaise with lenders, solicitors, estate agents, and internal teams to progress applications efficiently.
- Maintain strong pipeline management, ensuring service levels, turnaround times, and commercial targets are achieved.
- Act as a senior point of contact for clients, providing guidance and reassurance throughout the mortgage journey.
- Ensure all activity complies with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and best-practice standards.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Irish mortgage products, lenders, and lending criteria.
- Proven experience in a mortgage advisory or brokerage environment.
- Experience managing complex credit cases and multiple applications simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and client management skills.
- Commercially focused, with experience operating in target-driven environments.
Qualifications
- QFA or APA qualification required.
- Proven experience in a mortgage advisory or regulated financial services role
