This role is based in their Dublin office, offering hybrid working and strong support from experienced teams nationwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet clients in person and virtually to assess mortgage needs, affordability, and financial circumstances
- Provide tailored advice on mortgage products, lenders, and repayment options
- Manage mortgage applications from submission through to approval and drawdown
- Review income, credit profiles, and supporting documentation to make informed recommendations
- Liaise with lenders, solicitors, and internal teams to progress applications efficiently
- Ensure all activity complies with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and best practice standards
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Irish mortgage products, lenders, and lending criteria
- Previous experience in a mortgage advisory or broker environment
- Experience with credit assessment or underwriting is advantageous
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and client management skills
- Strong attention to detail and sound judgement in credit decision-making
Qualifications
- QFA or APA qualification required
- Proven experience in a mortgage advisory or financial services role
