The Role
We’re looking for a Member Services Officer to be the first point of contact for members providing assistance with day-to-day banking, answering queries, and supporting account and loan administration. This role is ideal for someone with a strong customer service background, a proactive attitude, and a genuine interest in helping others with their financial needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a professional and welcoming service to members in-branch, online, and by phone
- Assist members with account queries, lodgements, withdrawals, and online banking support
- Process membership applications and account updates
- Support the loan application process by gathering documentation and responding to member queries
What We’re Looking For
- APA in Loans (or working towards it); QFA a strong advantage
- 1-2 years’ experience in a financial services or customer-facing role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
