Background
As Marketing Executive, you’ll lead all marketing activities for our client, from brand development and digital communications to content creation, design, internal communications, and events.
Working closely with senior leadership and teams across the business, you’ll be the go-to person for all things marketing. This standalone role offers real influence and autonomy, making it ideal for someone creative, proactive, and comfortable turning ideas into action.

Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver an integrated marketing strategy aligned with long-term growth and company values.
- Refresh templates, presentations, and key documents to reflect a modern, cohesive look.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and opportunities to keep the business visible and relevant.
- Create high-quality marketing materials including brochures, presentations, tender documents, and social assets.
- Lead desktop publishing for major project deliverables, bringing clarity and polish to complex content.
- Manage LinkedIn and other digital channels with engaging, people-focused content.
- Maintain and update the WordPress website with project updates, news, and team content.
- Write clear, engaging copy for emails, newsletters, case studies, social posts, and internal communications.
- Work closely with teams to capture project updates, visuals, and behind-the-scenes stories.
- Produce regular internal updates that connect teams and strengthen company culture.
- Plan and coordinate internal and external events, from team activities to client-facing initiatives.
- Create supporting materials such as invites, signage, and follow-up communications.
- Manage timelines, logistics, and suppliers to ensure smooth delivery.
- Guide colleagues on brand standards and presentation formatting.
- Support bid and tender submissions with strong visual and written content.
Key skills required
- 1+ year of experience in marketing within the construction or property sectors in Ireland.
- Happy to take ownership of how the brand is presented, both internally and externally.
- Comfortable working with teams across the business.
- Proactive when it comes to organising and managing company
