Our client is looking for a Marketing Executive to join their growing marketing team. This is a great opportunity to work on exciting residential development launches, branding initiatives, and digital marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities
- Supporting marketing strategies for new and existing developments
- Coordinating campaigns across digital, social media, email, print, outdoor media and property portals
- Assisting with development launches from pre-launch through to sell-out
- Managing website updates and digital campaigns (Google, Instagram, LinkedIn)
- Coordinating marketing materials including brochures, signage, photography and video
- Ensuring brand consistency across all marketing activity
- Supporting showhouse launches and working closely with internal sales teams and external agents
Key skill required
- 2+ years’ marketing experience within property or construction OR experience in a property sales and looking to transition to a developer.
