Our client is a leading residential developer in Ireland, known for delivering high quality new homes. In this role, you will work closely with the marketing team and external agencies to deliver effective campaigns from pre launch awareness through the full sales lifecycle. You will help ensure each development is represented consistently, driving customer engagement, brand visibility, and sales success.

Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns for residential developments, from pre launch awareness to post launch follow-up.
- Support the creation and management of marketing collateral, including brochures, signage, digital content, and onsite materials.
- Manage and update property portals, social media accounts, and the company website to ensure accurate and up-to-date listings.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver campaigns on time and within budget.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, sales enquiries, and lead generation, providing insights to improve effectiveness.
- Support brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints, ensuring all developments reflect the company’s values and style.
- Assist with events and launch days, including open days, showhome presentations, and community engagement activities.
- Conduct research on competitors and market trends to inform campaign strategy and positioning.
- Help manage CRM systems and maintain accurate customer and prospect records.
- Provide general marketing support, including photography, video content, email campaigns, and other digital marketing activities.
Key skills required
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business.
- 2+ years of experience working in a marketing / branding role within the property or construction sectors in Ireland.
