Maintenance Coordinator
- Full time office based position in Dublin 2
- You will be reporting to the Head of Property Management
- No weekend work.

Responsibilities
- Handle and prioritise incoming maintenance requests, ensuring they are resolved efficiently.
- Keep Property Managers, tenants, and contractors updated on maintenance progress and issues.
- Prepare regular reports and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
- Review and approve invoices for completed maintenance work.
- Maintain records and updates using property management software (e.g., Building Link, MRI Qube, Fixflo, Yardi).
- Obtain quotes, schedule works, and ensure all maintenance tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Respond to tenant queries and provide updates via communication platforms.
- Assist with phone enquiries, office support, and day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Ensure all communications with contractors, developers, and tenants are logged and securely stored.
Key skills required
- 1+ years of experience in a similar role (property administrator, lettings administrator, maintenance administrator, branch coordinator)
