Background:
Strive Search is partnering with a long-standing chemical manufacturing client supporting day to day logistics, liaising cross functionally within the business. This is a great role for a junior candidate in a similar role looking to gain exposure across a Supply Chain division with internal progressive and lateral opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage order handling, prepare documentation, arrange transport, and ensure timely dispatch.
- Assist with customs documentation and compliance.
- Liaise with production and toll manufacturers to plan shipments and prepare goods for transport.
- Communicate with logistics providers regarding deliveries, collections, and storage.
- Support onboarding and system setup for new providers (administrative tasks).
- Update SOPs, work instructions, and maintain records of non‑conformances and improvement opportunities.
Key Skills Required:
- 1-2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, warehousing in a manufacturing environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident using Microsoft Office and able to learn new systems quickly.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and proactive approach to problem‑solving.
