Key Responsibilities
- Manage a pipeline of life assurance clients from new enquiry to ongoing servicing
- Carry out a review of clients’ needs and requirements for new and existing clients
- Identify client objectives and provide best advice based on gathered information and research
- Provide advice on protection cover, specified illness, and income protection products
- Prepare quotations and compliance documents for new business clients
- Liaise with clients regarding quotations, ensuring they understand proposed products and reasoning
Key Skills Required
- QFA qualification or working towards completion is essential
- Experience managing a portfolio of clients and updating CRM systems
- Experience working with external provider portals
- Strong aptitude for technology and new systems
Advantageous
- Knowledge of Anti Money Laundering (AML) requirements and compliance procedures
- Previous experience in a busy financial services brokerage or life assurance environment
