Lettings Administrator
- Full time office based in Dublin 6
- Reporting to the head of lettings
- Must have experience within the property industry in Ireland.

Package details:
- Base salary up to €38,000 (DOE)

Responsibilities:
- Coordinating property viewings, handling tenant enquiries, and maintaining up-to-date records.
- Preparing tenancy agreements, renewals, and ensuring compliance with Residential Tenancies Board (RTB) requirements.
- Managing tenant applications, references, and move-in / move-out processes.
- Assisting with rent collection, arrears monitoring, and liaising with landlords on property matters.
- Providing day-to-day administrative support to the lettings team, including database management and filing.
Key skills required:
- 1+ years of experience in an administrative role within the property sector.
