The company:
Our client is a leading residential developer. Due to recent expansion, they are looking for a Health & Safety Office to join their team for a housing project in North Dublin
 
 
Key responsibilities:

• Identifying hazards on site and ensuring they are addressed and documented accordingly.
• Ensuring site staff are complying to Health & Safety regulations.
• Ensure site records are being maintained and updated regularly.

 
 
Key skills required:

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role, and a level 7 or above in Health & Safety.
• Strong ability to build and maintain relationships on site.
• Residential experienced preferred.
