Strive Search are partnering with a longstanding client in the D15 area for the recruitment of a Key Accounts Executive (Italian Speaking) to liaise with internal teams and customers across Europe to ensure excellent customer service and contribute to the commercial strategy of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales order processing
• Customer relationship management
• Communication with internal teams including logistics, warehousing, commercial and supply chain.
• Monitoring of KPIs and quality metrics.

 
Key Skills Required:

• Fluent in English and Italian essential.
• 6+ months experience providing excellent customer service in an administration related environment.
