The Company
Pan-European financial services firm that are seeking to hire a Head of Finance for their Irish operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the finance function for their Irish entity across multiple financial products.
- Manage legal entity financials, compliances with relevant regulations, laws, and industry standards.
- Manage reporting, accounting, financial planning and analysis, and forecasting.
- Responsibility for financial accounting, management reporting and business partnering.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including the Pre-Approval Controlled Functions (PCF) regime mandated by the Central Bank of Ireland.
Key Skills Required
- A minimum of 5 – 10 years’ experience in senior finance roles within financial services.
- Strong SPV exposure/experience is essential for this position.
- 3rd level qualification in a relevant area with a chartered accounting qualification or similar.
- Financial services experience is necessary for this role along with an understanding of banking products and the Irish compliance and regulatory landscape.
