The Role
As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant in the Finance team, you’ll be trained across the full recruitment lifecycle, including:

• Sourcing and engaging top talent.
• Interviewing and assessing candidates.
• Building strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Managing recruitment processes from start to finish.

 
What We’re Looking For:

• No recruitment experience required.
• A graduate with strong communication and sales skills.
• Driven, motivated, and eager to learn.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
