The Company We are working with a leading Irish financial services firm headquartered in Dublin City Centre, specialising in leasing, asset finance, and broader commercial lending.
Key Responsibilities
Provide excellent support via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions in a busy finance environment
Assist with the processing and administration of finance and leasing agreements
Action account updates, payments, documentation requests, and customer queries
Process direct debits and manual payments accurately and efficiently
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with GDPR and internal standards
Support complaint handling in line with regulatory requirements
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Requirements
Completed third-level degree (business, finance, or related discipline preferred)
Approx. 6 months’ experience in an office or customer service role
High level of accuracy, organisation, and attention to detail
Motivation to build a long-term career in financial services
Willingness to pursue professional qualifications (APA / QFA)
