A growing multi-disciplinary property and professional services firm with a large managed portfolio and an expanding client base. The business is seeking an experienced Financial Accountant to strengthen its financial processes and support continued growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare management accounts, perform month-end close, and reconcile balance sheets.
- Assist with budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-term financial planning.
- Manage client accounts, trust account reconciliations, and rental/service charge accounting.
- Oversee cash flow, debtor and creditor balances, and banking activities.
- Ensure compliance with tax and statutory reporting requirements.
- Support process improvements, operational oversight, and ad hoc financial projects.
Key Skills
- ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent qualified accountant.
- Experience in financial reporting and management accounting.
- Knowledge of client/trust account management.
- Proficient with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
