Our client is seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner to support commercial decision-making across a portfolio of large-scale projects. The role will focus on providing financial insight, improving cost visibility, and driving performance across operational teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with operational teams to provide financial insight and challenge
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes
- Develop and maintain financial models for projects and investment decisions
- Prepare monthly management accounts, forecasts, and performance reports
- Deliver variance analysis with clear commentary on key drivers
- Support investment appraisals and business cases
- Identify risks and opportunities across projects and provide recommendations
- Drive continuous improvement in reporting, systems, and processes
Key Skills Required
- Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
- 3-7+ years’ experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or business partnering
- Experience in property, construction, or project-based environments advantageous
- Commercially focused with the ability to influence stakeholders
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial systems
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present financial information clearly
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
