Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality support to members via phone, email, and in-person queries
- Process administrative tasks related to member accounts, payments, and loan servicing
- Handle account amendments, settlements, statements, and documentation requests
- Process direct debits, card payments, and account closures accurately
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate member records in line with GDPR requirements
- Support complaint handling in accordance with internal procedures and regulatory standards
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure efficient day-to-day operations
Requirements
- Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role, ideally within financial services
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- APA qualification in Loans and Regulations is required
- Strong interest in building a long-term career within financial services
