Our client is a leading Facilities Management company who have been operating in Ireland for 30 years. Due to their continued growth and success, they are looking to hire a Facilities Manager for a key client in Dublin’s docklands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement facilities policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations.
  • Manage third-party suppliers and contractors, including negotiating contracts.
  • Develop and manage the facilities budget.

Key Skills Required

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience delivering similar services at this level.
  • Previous experience managing client relationships and developing staff.
  • Excellent working knowledge of all technical services in a modern office building.
