Responsibilities:
- Lead, develop, and manage the Health & Safety team across multiple construction projects
- Implement and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and best practices
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company safety standards
- Collaborate with project managers and site teams to identify and mitigate risks
- Promote a proactive safety culture across all levels of the organisation
Key Skills Required:
- Proven Health & Safety experience in construction (essential)
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Ability to drive safety initiatives and influence organisational culture
