A leading Tier 1 main contractor is delivering a landmark residential development in South Dublin.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the implementation and ongoing monitoring of the company’s Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Management System on the project.
- Foster a proactive health and safety culture by engaging with site management, contractors, and the wider workforce.
- Conduct regular site inspections, ensuring EHS compliance, and produce detailed weekly reports.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with all members of the project team.
- Provide guidance and coaching to site personnel to support the adoption of best practice EHS standards.
Requirements:
- A recognised qualification in EHS (NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent preferred).
- A minimum of 6 years’ experience in health and safety roles, ideally within the construction industry.
- Strong ability to manage priorities and handle multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with relevant databases.
- Team-oriented with excellent collaboration and communication skills.
