- Originate and execute commercial mortgage transactions.
- Day to day account management across a portfolio of commercial property clients.
- Underwrite and present credit applications to credit committee.
Key Skills Required
- Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in lending environment.
- Good working knowledge of credit underwriting and loan documentation
- Proficiency in financial modelling.
- Experience working in commercial real estate.
