About the Role
Our client is seeking a motivated and organised Collections Administrator to join their Dublin-based team. In this role, you will support the collections function by managing accounts, ensuring payments are made on time, and providing efficient administrative assistance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contact customers regarding overdue payments and resolve outstanding balances professionally.
  • Manage payment plans and ensure they align with company policies and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, agreements, and account activity.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in collections, credit control, or a similar administrative role is desirable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive situations tactfully.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
