Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day administrative and office support across teams
Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reporting systems
Assist with financial administration, including invoices and purchase orders
Support compliance with Health & Safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements
Coordinate communication between internal teams and external partners
Help manage projects and initiatives, ensuring tasks are tracked and deadlines met
Key skills required
Must have at least 5 years of experience in an administrative role (property, construction, finance or legal sectors preferred).
