Our client is a leading commercial property owner based in Dublin. Due to continued growth and expansion, they are seeking an experienced Building Manager to join their award-winning team.

Package details:
- Base salary up to €75,000

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all aspects of building operations, including front-of-house and facilities, to maintain high standards in line with the asset services strategy.
- Take a proactive approach to building management to improve the experience for occupiers and visitors.
- Serve as the main contact for occupiers regarding all building management issues.
- Oversee and manage third-party contractors and service providers.
- Carry out regular building inspections and manage all maintenance and repair work.
- Communicate proactively with occupiers and key stakeholders about building-related matters.
- Work closely with the Asset Services team to support ESG goals.
- Provide regular reports on key building performance metrics.
Key skills required:
- Minimum 5 years’ building management experience in a corporate, multi-let office environment, with full responsibility for running the building.
