Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the daily operations of a state-of-the-art office building.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with tenants and corporate clients, ensuring high satisfaction

• Manage building services, maintenance, security, and cleaning teams to uphold the highest standards.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and sustainability initiatives.
• Coordinate with senior management and landlords to optimise building performance.
• Oversee service contracts, budgets, and operational reports.
• Address and resolve tenant concerns efficiently while maintaining a professional service.
Requirements:
• 4+ years’ experience in building or facilities management, ideally within premium office buildings.
• Strong understanding of property management, tenant relations, and building operations.
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
• Knowledge of building compliance, health & safety, and service contracts.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, service providers, and on-site teams effectively.
• Experience in a corporate or real estate environment is a plus.
