Responsibilities:

• Take full ownership of managing a portfolio of commercial real estate assets.
• Oversee the needs of investors, occupiers, and property operations.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and maintaining strong relationships.
• Conduct routine property inspections and manage all aspects of the property management mandate.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of service charge budgets, expenditure, and financial oversight.
• Coordinate and supervise Facilities Management teams and tasks.
• Develop tailored property management strategies for each asset.
• Contribute to team discussions on strategy, objectives, and innovative initiatives.

 
Key skills required:

• Must hold a relevant property qualification + membership of SCSI / RICS
• PRSA license
• 5+ years of experience in residential or commercial property management
• Full clean drivers license
