Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure PRS and BTR investment and sale opportunities across Dublin and further afield in Ireland, as appropriate.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with institutional investors, REITs, AHBs, developers, and agents.
- Manage investment transactions from start to finish, providing guidance on acquisitions, development, and eventual sales.
- Prepare and present high-quality investment memoranda, marketing materials, cash flow analyses, and market reports.
- Work closely with legal, planning, valuation, and development consultants throughout due diligence and transaction processes.
- Monitor and analyse market trends, yields, rental performance, and pipeline activity to stay ahead of the curve.
- Provide detailed financial, operational, and market data analysis to support decision-making and identify ways to maximise value.
- Conduct rent roll analysis, project market rents, and consider implications for future owners.
- Underwrite deals and build financial models to support the team’s investment decisions.
- Take part in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations, offering strategic investment advice along the way.
Key skills required:
- Proven experience in modelling Build to Rent (BTR) acquisitions and developments.
- At least 10 years’ experience in a similar role within investment, development, or real estate.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, real estate, or a related discipline.
