Stephen is an experienced recruiter and business leader. He has over 10 years of experience recruiting within the Construction and Property Sectors, and has a Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying. Stephen has built, developed and managed market leading recruitment divisions, and he has an unrivalled network. He has also managed large scale multinational recruitment campaigns for PLC’s and Global Multinationals, as well as local campaigns for Irish SME’s. He brings a wealth of industry knowledge and leadership skills to Strive.

In his free time he likes to catch up on podcasts, anything true crime or sport-related, while during the summer he is in Croke Park most weekends trying to convince himself Mayo will win an All-Ireland someday.

Kevin is an experienced Financial Services professional and a Recruitment expert. Over the past 10 years he grew and developed a large recruitment team across multiple sectors including Banking, Financial Services, Funds and Accounting, managing staff across multiple locations in Ireland and internationally. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and he started his career in Banking, initially in an Irish bank before moving into Prime Brokerage for a large US multinational. He has excelled in cultivating long lasting relationships with clients and candidates. His vision and passion for recruitment, drives his ambition for excellence at Strive.

Kevin is known for picking up a new hobby every other week, with his latest passion being Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. On weekends, you’ll find him coaching youth football teams around Dublin and watching Bohemian FC.

Odilija is an experienced recruiter and a marketing enthusiast. She has over 2 years of experience recruiting within the Property and Construction sectors. In 2023 she graduated with an honours Master’s degree in Management and Marketing from University College Cork. Odilija has an excellent ability to create long lasting relationships with her candidates and clients.

In her free time, Odilija enjoys tasting wine in Italian vineyards, painting, reading a good book, staying active at the gym, taking the occasional yoga class, and spending lots of time with her dog, Simba.

Kenan graduated from the Technological University of Dublin with a Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Marketing. Kenan has a passion for content creation and all things digital marketing! Kenan excels in working closely with his candidates and clients ensuring the best relationship possible.

In her free time, Evelyn enjoys going on peaceful walks, baking her favourite sweet treats, and spending quality time with friends. She’s also a big fan of concerts, especially when it means seeing her favourite artists live.

Amara is an experienced Recruitment Consultant in the Life Sciences & Engineering ecosystems in Ireland, for the past 3.5 consecutive years. Amara was previously awarded with a First Class Honors in her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Applied Mathematics, and holds previous hands-on, practical lab experience, as a Molecular Laboratory Technician for COVID-19 at Eurofins Biomnis.

Amara is currently STRIVE’s expert in Permanent and Contract hires, working with multinational firms and high growth start-up clients in the Pharma, Biopharma, Medical Devices, Clinical Diagnostics, Aerospace, Precision Tooling, FMCG, Agrochemical and R&D industries. In her spare time, Amara enjoys batch cooking, running and partaking in the local musicals!

Josh is an experienced recruiter with a Bachelor’s degree in Recruitment Practices. Josh has worked with Tier 1 clients in the construction, residential and science sectors and has cultivated an excellent reputation. Josh has a passion for construction haven grown up in a household that was heavily involved in the industry. As part of the Construction & Property team in Strive Josh will be working with Main Contractors, Developers, Consultancies and Specialist Sub Contractors. In his free time Josh enjoys playing Rugby and occasionally going to the gym. A coffee lover you will find Josh out for a stroll with a coffee in hand.

O’Connor

Cian, an experienced recruiter with over 3 years of expertise across various sectors, specialises in Mechanical & Electrical and Civil Engineering. His professional portfolio includes collaborations with a spectrum of companies, ranging from large Tier 1 to small and medium-sized contractors.

Building strong connections with both clients and candidates is Cian’s forte. His journey in recruitment began when he discovered his gra and enthusiasm for the field while pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management.

Cian finds joy in various activities outside of work. He relishes playing Gaelic Football and passionately supports Manchester United. However, his ultimate happiness stems from spending time outdoors, particularly when he takes his dogs to the local park.
